A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join their team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify a diverse pool of candidates Manage and advertise open positions on various job boards and screen applications for potential interviews Conduct phone screenings to understand candidates' career goals and maintain a warm pipeline of candidates Required Qualifications Experience using LinkedIn or an Applicant Tracking System is advantageous but not critical Excellent organization and time management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Flexibility to adapt to a global company across multiple time zones A keen interest in the recruitment industry with a desire to learn and grow
