Store Manager m/f - Full Time

Figaret Paris is experiencing strong growth, supported by the investment fund Experienced Capital (Oh My Cream, Dynamo, etc.). As part of the opening of our first store in London, we are looking for a passionate Store Manager with a strong interest in clothing (ideally, shirtmaking) and customer experience.

Organisation & Report :

  • Reports to the Regional Director
  • Manages the sales team
  • Works closely with support teams based in Paris, France

Key Responsibilities :
The Store Manager is the brand ambassador, ensuring the successful launch, daily operations, and commercial development of the store.
They lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, in line with the brand strategy and standards.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
  • Team Management : recruit, onboard, train, motivate and evaluate team members; manage schedules; ensure individual and collective performance.
  • Sales & Commercial Animation : achieve sales targets, drive turnover and KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate, etc.) ; build customer loyalty through exceptional and personalised service.
  • Operations & Services : oversee store opening and closing, stock management, and the smooth running of services (alterations, embroidery, e-reservation, click & collect).
  • Visual Merchandising & Standards : apply visual and commercial standards, organise the sales floor and ensure stock replenishment.
  • Reporting
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally in premium men’s and women’s ready-to-wear.
  • Experience in store openings is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid retail culture with a strong focus on commercial performance and KPIs.
  • Excellent customer service and in-store experience mindset.
  • Autonomous, organised and able to prioritise.
  • Fluent in English and French.
