We are seeking an experienced
  • *Oracle HCM Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)**
to support development, integrations, and enhancements across the Oracle HCM platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience developing
  • *ORC HCM Extracts, integrations with third-party ATS platforms and job boards**
, and working across the broader Oracle HCM ecosystem. This role will focus
  • *approximately 50% on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)**
development and
  • *50% on other HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management**

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

  • Design and develop ORC HCM Extracts for candidate, requisition, and recruiting data integration.
  • Develop and support integrations between Oracle ORC and third-party ATS platforms and job boards.
  • Configure and develop candidate lifecycle workflows, recruiting processes, and approvals.
  • Build inbound and outbound ORC integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop custom reporting and analytics across recruiting modules using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Support candidate data synchronization with external HRIS and talent systems.
  • *Oracle HCM Technical Development
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules.
  • Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support Oracle Payroll processing by troubleshooting integrations, extracts, and reporting issues.
  • Build Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and custom HCM logic.
  • Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports for HR and payroll reporting requirements.
  • Develop PL/SQL scripts and database solutions for data processing and validation.
  • *UI & Application Development
  • Develop applications and extensions using:
  • VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)
  • VBC (Visual Builder)
  • Oracle APEX
  • Support Redwood UI migrations and enhancements across Oracle HCM pages.
  • Develop custom REST services and APIs for HCM integrations.
Integration & Technical Architecture
  • Design and support end-to-end integration architecture across Oracle HCM and external systems.
  • Work on inbound and outbound integrations across recruiting, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build secure and scalable integration frameworks.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Hands-on experience developing HCM Extracts for recruiting and HR modules.
  • Experience integrating ORC with external ATS systems and job boards.
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting frameworks.
  • Experience developing applications using VBCS, VBC, Oracle APEX.
  • Strong PL/SQL development skills.
  • Experience supporting Payroll, Core HR, OTL, and Absence modules.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM integration patterns.
