Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Operations

We are a commercial real estate investment firm looking for a sharp, reliable Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our owner with day-to-day operations.

This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and takes ownership without being micromanaged. Ideal for someone looking for meaningful part-time work with flexibility and a stable, long-term professional home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Appointment setting — outbound calls, scheduling, and follow-ups with buyers, brokers, and clients

- Transaction coordination — track deal milestones, manage timelines, and organize documents

- CRM management — update pipelines and contact records in GoHighLevel or similar platform

- Email drafting and correspondence on behalf of the owner

- Light calendar management and administrative support

- Content (newsletter, social media posts)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Available Monday–Friday during East Coast business hours, approximately 5 hours per day (9am–2pm EST or similar flexible schedule)

- Comfortable making outbound phone calls professionally

- Strong written and spoken English

- Experience with any CRM platform (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)

- Self-starter who finishes tasks without constant direction

- Real estate background a plus but not required
