Level 2 Remote IT Help Desk & Projects Part Time - Contract to Hire

Need a remote IT Help Desk Technician on a Part Time Basis to provide support via email and telephone for my existing customer base of small to mediulm sized customers.

IT Professional needs to have 5 years hands on minimum experience with the following IT Support Areas: Strong Working Experience installing, maintaining and trouble shooting, Network Windows Servers and Business Apps. Need strong Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MIcrosoft Azure AD/Entra ID, IP Networking hands on experience. Need strong hands on experience with IP IP Networking, IP Ranges, and Subnetting.

IT Professional needs to have excellent verbal speaking and writring skills, must be able to work independantly, be a problem solver, have a high sense of urgency, and treat customers with patience and respect at all times!
