Healthcare Sales Representative / Sr. Healthcare Sales Representative - Growth

Q-Centrix is the largest exclusive provider of clinical data management solutions to acute care hospitals. As a Strategic Growth Manager on the Growth Team, you will lead new business and expansion efforts across major health systems and national hospital networks, creating strategic relationships and managing consultative sales engagements.


Responsibilities

  • Create and grow strategic relationships with existing partners and new hospital and health system leaders
  • Build a robust pipeline of new business through strategic prospecting, partner referrals, and collaboration with internal teams
  • Lead consultative sales engagements that address client challenges through Q-Centrix solutions
  • Partner closely with the PSA to ensure a unified pre- and post-sale partner experience
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure thorough documentation of engagement
  • Stay ahead of market trends in healthcare, including regulatory shifts and enterprise innovation in quality and safety
  • Serve as a trusted voice of the customer, influencing internal product and marketing strategies

Skills

  • Proven experience selling services or software solutions to small-mid size health systems or national healthcare networks
  • Proven experience with building pipelines and bringing in new business
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, ideally in healthcare or health tech
  • Confidence managing high-stakes conversations with C-suite and senior leadership
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a pod model
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in healthcare technology, data services, or hospital quality improvement programs
  • Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction
  • Salesforce experience
