GIG Recruitment Specialist (1 yr contract)

<p>The Gig Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding gig workers for short-term, project-based, and specialized roles. This position ensures timely fulfillment of gig requirements through digital platforms and internal talent pools while maintaining compliance and quality standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Talent Sourcing:</li><li>Identify and engage gig workers through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, and internal gig marketplaces.</li><li>Connect with Vendor, Drive ER to generate GIG pipeline</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of freelancers and contractors for recurring needs.</li><li>Screening & Selection:</li><li>Conduct skill assessments, portfolio reviews, and AI-driven interviews.</li><li>Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria (skills, availability, cost).</li><li>Onboarding:</li><li>Facilitate smooth onboarding for gig workers, including access to tools and project guidelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality agreements.</li><li>Documentation & Compliance:</li><li>Prepare gig agreements and NDAs.</li><li>Collect KYC documents and ensure tax compliance.</li><li>Performance Monitoring:</li><li>Track deliverables and timelines using project management tools.</li><li>Gather feedback from project managers and maintain performance records.</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Maintain gig recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire).</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly reports to HR leadership.</li></ul><p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in gig or flexible workforce hiring.</li><li>Familiarity with gig platforms and digital recruitment tools.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of compliance and tax regulations for gig workers.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience with AI-based recruitment tools.</li><li>Knowledge of ITES or technology-driven gig roles.</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.</li></ul><p>Key Competencies</p><ul><li>Adaptability</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Relationship management</li><li>Data-driven decision-making</li></ul> Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
