We are looking for a hands-on Director – Delivery who can drive execution across multiple customer programs while managing a high-impact team of Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple customer programs simultaneously
- Ensure delivery adherence across timelines, scope, quality, and customer expectations
- Translate business commitments into clear execution plans and milestones
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Project Managers.
- Drive capability building in planning, stakeholder management, and execution discipline
