Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst (Remote)

<h2>Job Summary</h2><p>WebstaurantStore, the world’s largest online restaurant supply company, is hiring a full-time remote Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst. In this role, you’ll work across teams to plan, run, and analyze A/B tests—from initial concept to launch—to guide key website optimization decisions.</p><h3>Remote Work Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.</li><li>Access to a home router and modem.</li><li>A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).</li><li>A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.</li><li>The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.</li><li>Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY).</li></ul><p>We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p>The CRO Analyst’s responsibilities include,&nbsp;but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Partner with various teams—design, development, and external stakeholders—to coordinate testing initiatives from ideation through goal definition, implementation, and analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across&nbsp;e-commerce experiences, including&nbsp;product detail pages,&nbsp;category pages, checkout, and navigation&nbsp;elements.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct acceptance testing to&nbsp;validate&nbsp;experiment functionality.&nbsp;</li><li>Submit and manage tracking requests to ensure&nbsp;data is captured&nbsp;accurately.&nbsp;</li><li>Build&nbsp;dashboards&nbsp;to&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;active tests&nbsp;and track performance metrics such as conversion rate, funnel progression, and on-page interactions.&nbsp;</li><li>Create&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;for test results&nbsp;and&nbsp;communicate&nbsp;with external stakeholders&nbsp;to inform site updates and future testing.&nbsp;</li><li>Leverage customer behavior data, analytics insights, and user experience (UX) best practices to inform future test ideas and optimization opportunities.&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li>Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.</li><li>Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.</li><li>Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.</li><li>Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.</li><li>Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Experience</h3><p>The candidate must&nbsp;possess&nbsp;the following qualities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Critical thinking:&nbsp;</strong>Assesses incomplete information, technical constraints, and user impact to shape&nbsp;testing&nbsp;opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Decision-making skills:</strong>&nbsp;Interprets&nbsp;test results and&nbsp;applies&nbsp;business context to make well-reasoned decisions in complex testing scenarios.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Strong communication&nbsp;skills:</strong>&nbsp;Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Is well spoken and confident discussing their work.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>A strong work ethic:</strong>&nbsp;Demonstrates&nbsp;ownership, accountability, and follow-through when managing&nbsp;daily and weekly tasks independently.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Curiosity:&nbsp;</strong>Brings a natural curiosity about user behavior and performance data, continuously seeking opportunities to learn, test, and improve&nbsp;customer&nbsp;experience.&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><p>This role does not require a degree.
