Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect Cisco Secure Access (CSA) solutions aligned with enterprise security strategy
- Lead hands-on installation, configuration, and deployment of CSA
- Plan and execute proxy-to-CSA migration using a phased, layered approach
- Translate high-level security roadmaps into practical, executable designs
- Enable platform commoditization, ensuring CSA becomes a standardized and repeatable service
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, internal teams, and technology partners
- Provide technical leadership across design, migration, and enablement phases
- Cisco Secure Access (CSA) architecture, design, and implementation experience
- Hands-on capability to design, install, deploy, and operationalize CSA in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience with proxy technologies and secure access platforms
- Proven experience migrating from existing proxy solutions to CSA, including:
- Cisco Umbrella → Cisco Secure Access (preferred)
- Zscaler → Cisco Secure Access
- Any enterprise proxy solution → CSA
- Experience working with Secure Service Edge (SSE) / SASE-style architectures
- Ability to plan and execute phased / staggered migration approaches (layer-by-layer adoption)
- Experience working with early-adopter technologies and evolving vendor roadmaps
- Capability to commoditize the platform - transition CSA from project implementation to a standardized, scalable service
- Strong understanding of enterprise network security transformation initiatives
- Ability to think independently and critically without detailed step-by-step guidance
