This role is designed for a senior healthcare executive who understands:

  • How operations leaders evaluate risk
  • How pilots actually get approved
  • And how enterprise contracts really get done

Advisors receive early visibility into Talamel’s active

and have the opportunity to participate alongside healthcare executives and early supporters.

We are targeting

  • 1–2 early adopter hospitals (pilot → paid)
  • Expansion to 4–6 paying hospitals via advisor-led case studies
  • 10 live Clear deployments in 12 months

  • *1. Health System Access & Strategic Introductions
  • Introduce Dina to hospital CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CMOs
  • Identify health systems under throughput, margin, or value-based pressure
  • Open doors to peri-urban, suburban, and urban hospitals aligned with our SAM focus
  • *2. Early Adopter & Pilot Structuring
  • Advise on pilot design (scope, metrics, internal approvals)
  • Help frame measurable bed-day savings in language CFOs respect
  • Guide transition from 160-day pilot to paid deployment
  • *3. Enterprise Contract Strategy & Negotiation
  • Provide insight into pricing thresholds and signing authority dynamics
  • Help shape enterprise-friendly contracting terms
  • Advise on expansion pathways (Clear → Bronze → Silver → Gold tiers)
  • *4. Strategic Market Positioning
  • Refine messaging to resonate with health system boards and executive teams
  • Pressure-test ROI narrative against real operational constraints
  • Help sharpen enterprise-level value proposition

We are seeking advisors with

  • 10+ years in hospital or health system leadership
  • Leadership experience in health systems, SNFs, ACOs/IPAs, or managed care
  • Deep understanding of hospital contracting and enterprise procurement
  • Experience negotiating pilots or enterprise health IT deployments
  • Strong network across regional or multi-state systems
  • Interest in shaping an early-stage company solving a $125B systemic problem
