Key Responsibilities Maintain precise alignment between system inventory and physical warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy in bin discipline and storage standards. Oversee timely processing of spare parts in compliance with procurement policies, ERP (IFS) controls, and inventory governance requirements. Use advanced Excel and ERP data to drive operational decisions that strengthen transparency, reliability, and performance. Lead and support structured Min/Max governance, stock‑turn performance, and inventory health improvements. Analyze aging stock, consumption patterns, and lead times to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory. Foster accountability and a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration within a unionized workforce. Maintain a safe, orderly, and audit‑ready warehouse through routine safety walks, hazard mitigation, and adherence to HSSE and handling standards. What We Are Looking For Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day. 3+ years of experience in terminal operations, inventory management, asset maintenance, or heavy industrial environments; or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; able to translate data into decisions that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes. Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, receiving/issuing processes, and data integrity within complex maintenance environments. Ability to manage competing priorities, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and uphold standards tied to safety, operational discipline, and cost control.
